USS SHOES – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At USS Shoes, we are committed to offering products that combine comfort, quality, and purpose. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

OUR RETURN POLICY

If your order was placed through our official online store, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. This includes all eligible footwear in our collections.

  • Returns are free for customers located in the United States.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Final sale items are excluded from returns, including products from the following collections:

How do I return a USS Shoes order?

To initiate a return, access our Returns Center using your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Note: If you're returning a product due to an incorrect size or a product not as described, detailed photos must be uploaded when submitting your request.

For shoes sold under specific third-party brands, the return shipping to the manufacturer’s warehouse may be the customer’s responsibility.

¿Can I cancel my order?

At USS Shoes, every pair is handcrafted on demand, exclusively for you. Because we operate under a made-to-order production model, we begin processing and preparing your items shortly after your purchase is placed.

For this reason, we only accept order cancellations within the first 24 hours after the order is confirmed.

Why 24 Hours?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ussshoes.com within 24 hours of your purchase. After this window, the order will already be in production or transit and can no longer be cancelled.

Once your order arrives, if you decide not to keep it, you're welcome to request a return through our Returns Center, and we’ll gladly assist you.

What is the exchange policy?

We only offer exchanges for items with manufacturing defects. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, you may do so via the Returns Center or by emailing us at info@ussshoes.com. Please wait for confirmation before sending the product back.

Are international returns covered?

No. Free return labels are only valid for returns shipped from within the United States. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (If applicable)

Do not return any package to the sender’s address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed for the full value of the original invoice.

Refund Timeline:

  • 5–10 business days: Time to receive and inspect your return at our fulfillment center.
  • 2–10 additional business days: Time for your credit to reflect on your account (varies by bank or credit card provider).

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeline, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank to confirm if the transaction is still processing.

What items are non-refundable or final sale?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds and exchanges. All discountedclearance, or limited-time promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to our address to be forwarded later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

USS Shoes reserves the right to request and securely store consumer identification (such as a valid state or government-issued ID) for returns and exchanges. This information is used exclusively for verification and to monitor return activity. We do not sell or share this data.

We also reserve the right to limit or deny returns if the return behavior appears excessive or abusive — with or without a receipt.
