The Anouk is cut from cowhide with a croc-embossed finish that catches light along every line. A wide strap wraps the ankle and closes with an oversized antique-gold buckle. The straight shaft rises to just below the knee, set on a sharply pointed toe and a low heel. Inside, a 6.5 cm hidden lift adds height without changing the line.

How do I return a USS Shoes order?

To initiate a return, access our Returns Center using your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Note: If you're returning a product due to an incorrect size or a product not as described, detailed photos must be uploaded when submitting your request.

For shoes sold under specific third-party brands, the return shipping to the manufacturer’s warehouse may be the customer’s responsibility.

At USS Shoes, every pair is handcrafted on demand, exclusively for you. Because we operate under a made-to-order production model, we begin processing and preparing your items shortly after your purchase is placed.

For this reason, we only accept order cancellations within the first 24 hours after the order is confirmed.

• Our artisans begin preparing materials and production shortly after your order is received.

• Once production starts, the process cannot be paused or reversed.

• This system allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and maintain a sustainable, high-quality brand experience.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ussshoes.com within 24 hours of your purchase. After this window, the order will already be in production or transit and can no longer be cancelled.

What is the exchange policy?

We only offer exchanges for items with manufacturing defects. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, you may do so via the Returns Center or by emailing us at info@ussshoes.com. Please wait for confirmation before sending the product back.

Are international returns covered?

No. Free return labels are only valid for returns shipped from within the United States. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (If applicable)

Do not return any package to the sender’s address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed for the full value of the original invoice.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to our address to be forwarded later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
